SoulSpace User Service Policy

The service rules of SoulSpace need not be obscure. The questions most frequently raised by users have therefore been collected into the thirteen answers below, each stated plainly so that you can turn to the relevant one whenever needed. This Policy constitutes the legal agreement between you and the developer City in the Clouds together with the legal entity KIONA MARIE CAMPBELL (together, the "Application", "we", "us" or "our") concerning the download, registration and use of SoulSpace. By creating an account, signing in, or using any function of the Application in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted this Policy together with the SoulSpace Privacy Policy in their entirety; if any provision is unacceptable to you, registration and use must cease immediately.

Q1. Which conduct does this Policy govern?

This Policy governs your downloading, installation, registration, sign-in and all use of the SoulSpace mobile client and its supporting web services. It may be revised by us as functions are adjusted, legislation changes or platform policies are updated; the revised version will be published in the Application or on the official website and the date at the top refreshed. Where a change affects your material rights, prominent advance notice will be given. Continued use after a revision takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised content.

Q2. Who is eligible to use SoulSpace?

The Application is open only to users satisfying each of the following conditions: (1) you have reached the age of 18; (2) you possess full civil capacity and can independently bear the legal consequences arising from your use of the service; and (3) you are not located in a country or region where the use of such services is restricted or prohibited by applicable law. Where any condition is unmet, you must not register for, access or use the Application. If it is confirmed that the user of an account has not reached the age of 18, that account will be closed and the related information deleted.

Q3. What content must you not publish?

You are responsible for what you say and post within the Application. The following content is non-compliant as soon as it is published: (1) information promoting illegal transactions or prohibited goods, or any content involving drugs or firearms; (2) information concerning gambling, betting, pyramid schemes, or any disguised solicitation of funds from others; (3) intimate images or private materials belonging to another person, disseminated without that person's consent; and (4) any sexualised content or sexually suggestive expression concerning minors. Content infringing the reputation, privacy, portrait, copyright or trademark rights of others is likewise prohibited.

Q4. Which conduct disrupts platform order?

To preserve the environment of communication on which all users depend, the following conduct is expressly forbidden: (1) registering accounts in bulk or cultivating accounts in order to evade bans and risk controls; (2) using automated programs to simulate human operation in order to farm platform rewards, activity levels or matching weight; (3) reverse engineering, decompiling or tampering with the Application client; and (4) bypassing payment verification and permission limits by packet capture, forged requests or similar technical means. Once such conduct is detected, the relevant function is suspended by us immediately and evidence is preserved.

Q5. What are the consequences of using a false identity?

An account must be registered with truthful and valid information. Impersonating an individual or an organisation, misappropriating another person's photographs or identity information, falsifying age or region details, and deceiving other users through a false identity are all strictly prohibited. Disputes, complaints or third-party claims arising from false information are borne by you; after verification we are entitled to close the relevant account and, depending on the circumstances, to refuse your re-registration.

Q6. What other unlawful or non-compliant conduct is prohibited?

Beyond the preceding provisions, the Application must not be used by you for any conduct contrary to the laws or regulations of your country or region, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, extortion, harassment, stalking, the distribution of malware and the infringement of others' lawful rights and interests, nor may you assist others in any of the foregoing. The security mechanisms and content moderation measures of the Application must not be circumvented, undermined or circumvented by any attempted means.

Q7. How are membership fees charged, and how are subscriptions cancelled?

Certain functions, premium benefits and exclusive content are obtained through membership subscriptions or in-app purchases, with prices and benefits as displayed on the in-app pages. The rules are as follows: (1) every payment is completed through the official Google Play Billing system, and your card number and payment password are neither accessed nor stored by us; (2) each subscription renews automatically at the end of the current billing cycle; (3) should renewal be unwanted, auto-renewal must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends — where cancellation is not made in time, the system will charge automatically in the next cycle; and (4) subscribed services may be reviewed, managed or cancelled at any time via Google Play → Account → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Virtual benefits are generally non-refundable once used, though you may still apply under Google Play's refund policy.

Q8. Who owns SoulSpace and the content you publish?

The product interface design, software program code, brand marks, graphic assets, textual content and functional design of the Application are owned by us or lawfully licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property law; without written permission, no individual or organisation may copy, modify, scrape, publish, commercially exploit or unauthorisedly disseminate them. Intellectual property in original content that you upload or publish within the Application remains vested in you. So that platform services can be delivered properly, a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free and sub-licensable licence is granted to us by you, permitting storage, display, dissemination, technical processing and necessary maintenance of the relevant content; that licence terminates within a reasonable period after you delete the content or close your account.

Q9. What is the platform's responsibility, and which risks are yours?

Only technical services and information exchange tools are provided by us; we do not intervene in, participate in or guarantee private interactions between users. Chatting, social interaction, content publication, offline contact and offline meetings conducted by you on the platform are autonomous acts of your own. Security risks, financial losses, personal injury, disputes or other consequences arising from such autonomous acts are borne by you, and no corresponding liability is assumed by us. Do not readily trust requests for transfers, investments or loans, or invitations to meet, made by strangers, and when meeting in person prefer public places while informing relatives or friends of your itinerary. For service interruptions and data loss caused by force majeure, network failures, third-party service outages or your own operational errors, assistance within a reasonable scope will be provided by us, but liability beyond what is mandatorily required by law is not assumed.

Q10. What are the consequences of breaching this Policy?

Where you breach this Policy, supply false information, publish non-compliant content, engage in fraud or harassment, or disrupt the operating order of the platform, the following measures may be taken by us, individually or in combination, according to the seriousness of the circumstances: (1) a warning with a deadline for rectification; (2) deletion or blocking of the relevant content; (3) restriction of certain functions; (4) suspension of account access; and (5) permanent account banning with termination of service eligibility. For conduct suspected of a criminal offence, necessary records will be preserved by us and provided to law enforcement authorities in accordance with law. No additional compensation is owed by us for account restriction or termination resulting from non-compliance, and fees already paid are not refunded by reason of a ban.

Q11. May minors use the Application?

No. SoulSpace is a social service platform intended for adults, and users under the age of 18 are not permitted to register for or use any function. Age verification and minor-protection measures are continuously improved by us in line with applicable law and Google Play child safety requirements; where a minor's account is identified, access is restricted, the account is closed and the related information is deleted. Q12. How are disputes resolved?

The conclusion, validity, interpretation and performance of this Policy are governed by the applicable laws and regulatory requirements of the place where the Application's services are located. Disputes arising between the parties under this Policy should first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, either party may bring an action before a court of competent jurisdiction. During negotiation, the remaining provisions of this Policy remain in force.
